Required Skills

  • Concept, write, and oversee the development of engaging, persuasive, and conversion-driven copy across. multiple mediums (i.e. television, digital, print, experiential, activations) with a portfolio showcasing exceptional craft, visual storytelling, and creative versatility
  • A proven ability to develop high-impact work that aligns with brand objectives and connects emotionally with audiences
  • Polished presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate the creative vision and how it addresses client challenges
  • Champion creative excellence in copywriting, pushing boundaries while maintaining brand consistency and strategic alignment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative partners, strategists, producers, and clients
  • A desire to lead and contribute within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, inspiring others and pushing the work forward

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Six-plus years of experience in an agency setting
