As a VP Associate Creative Director of Copy, you are the brand steward. You know your brand’s voice inside and out—and are well-versed in helping the copywriters on your team nail it. You’re a strong partner, both to your internal team, and to your clients, who count on you to distill their brand goals into effective creative work. You know feedback is essential—both to creating great work, and to your growth. You are generous with both your time and your knowledge and can sell an idea.
