• Experience leading strategic, cross-channel creative work for marketing and branding.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and deliver high-quality work on time and budget.
• Experience serving enterprise clients and translating business needs into creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers on scopes, timelines, staffing, and workflows; lead client presentations.
• Develop briefs and direction; guide projects from concept through production with feedback.
