Requirements

• 7–10 years of art direction or graphic design experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies, with demonstrated leadership
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and a strong foundation in visual design principles, color theory, and design systems
• Portfolio showing ability to establish creative vision, direct design teams, and deliver integrated creative across multiple mediums

Desired

• Award-winning work or industry recognition, including art direction experience in a healthcare context
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas, such as oncology, rare disease, cardiovascular, or neurology
• Understanding of digital production workflows, accessibility standards, and responsive design for healthcare digital channels
• Exposure to emerging creative technologies, including generative AI tools for ideation, asset production, and concepting
