Job summary

MPATHIK seeks a Group Art Supervisor to lead patient and caregiver campaigns across digital, print, and video. You will translate clinical information and brand strategy into empathetic, accessible creative, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outputs while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop empathetic creative for patient and caregiver campaigns, websites, videos, and educational resources.
  • Translate insights, clinical information, and brand strategy into accessible, patient and caregiver-centered content.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming and proactively bring fresh creative thinking forward.
  • Support concept development and creative execution across patient and caregiver–focused campaigns, materials, and digital experiences.
  • Provide constructive feedback to cross-functional teams to elevate work quality.
  • Present creative thinking confidently to clients, adapting language to match audience needs ranging from brand teams to patient advocacy groups.
  • Own day-to-day development of deliverables across digital, print, and social channels.
  • Refine creative based on feedback from internal team, clients, and MLR review teams.
  • Maintain brand voice, design consistency, and high creative standards across all work.
  • Partner closely with account, strategy, and medical teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance for patient and caregiver needs.
  • Participate in MLR process by preparing materials and addressing revisions quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Communicate progress, timelines, and needs proactively to project teams.
  • Work collaboratively with writers, strategy and production teams to ensure high-touch, high-quality outputs.
  • Contribute to internal culture through idea-sharing, peer reviews, and creative discussions.
  • A confident communicator who can lead client conversations and advocate for strong creative.

Job description

As a Group Art Supervisor, you’ll bring ideas to life that help patients and caregivers feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their individual health journeys. This person must be passionate about elevating the patient and caregiver experience through thoughtful, empathetic, and strategically grounded creative. You will concept, craft, and execute multi-channel work, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. Doing so will ensure the work is thoughtful, clear, and emotionally resonant to ensure we are meeting the unique needs of the communities we serve. This person must be highly organized, adaptable, and energized by solving challenges with creativity and heart.

Minimum Qualifications + Skills
  • Ability to collaborate closely with others in a team environment under tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing workload.
  • Ability to work across formats: Print, digital, video, animations, and conceptual creative.
  • Collaborative and open to feedback, while confident in your creative point of view.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to establish and foster strong relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Assertive, yet flexible and exceptional at adjusting and meeting multiple demands
  • Detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills to multitask effectively
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to foresee and anticipate creative needs
  • Demonstrates sense of urgency to obtain results and responds well under pressure
  • Ability to manage projects through a diverse group of people, personalities, and expectations of clients
Experience
  • A skilled designer with 5-7+ years in healthcare communications, patient education, or consumer health.
  • Comfortable balancing creativity with accuracy and empathy while ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
  • Able to adapt tone, style, or design based on audience needs.
  • Experience working through MLR processes and developing compliant yet engaging materials.
  • Pharmaceutical experience; product launch experience is a plus
  • Social media savvy, utilizing active personal and professional accounts
  • Design experience in digital space: interactive PDFs, web, and app platforms, Figma, Canva, etc.
  • Keeps pace with new trends in visual arts, typography, illustration, photography, as well as media and technology
  • Proficient in project management systems (HIVE a plus)
