Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

About the Role:

We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director – Art with a strong background in social-first campaigns and a proven track record of creating breakthrough ideas across channels. You’re equal parts concept machine and visual storyteller, with a deep understanding of how to craft content that resonates in today’s digital landscape.

You’ll partner with copywriters, strategists, and client leads to shape everything from high-level brand platforms to agile, daily executions. You know how to sell the work, lead a team, and bring a fresh perspective to every brief.

What You’ll Do:

• Concept and create bold, original ideas no one else has thought of—yet
• Lead and execute social, digital, and TV campaigns from start to finish
• Present work to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and charisma
• Guide junior and mid-level creatives, providing mentorship and feedback
• Collaborate closely with strategy, production, and account teams
• Drive visual storytelling that turns heads and stops thumbs
• Own your work—and your projects—with pride and accountability

What You Bring:

• A portfolio full of smart, fresh, and scroll-stopping creative across social, digital, and broadcast
• Must have agency experience, ideally working with national or global brands
• Strong art direction skills with an eye for craft, composition, and innovation
• Confidence in leading client presentations and creative discussions
• Experience mentoring teams and fostering creative growth
• An instinct for great ideas and a drive to push them further
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for pop culture, trends, and what’s next
