Area23 is seeking an Associate Creative Director - Art to lead innovative campaigns across multiple accounts and brands, overseeing art direction, visual translation, and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative integrity, strategic alignment, and craft.

You will supervise the art team, drive client relationships, and contribute to new business growth, blending artistic vision with strategic thinking to deliver award-worthy solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Visual Communications, Graphic Design or Art Direction.
  • Pharmaceutical/Healthcare advertising experience (preferred).
  • Digital portfolio showcasing creative ability.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Ability to inspire team confidence and motivation towards common goals.
  • Ability to foster collaborative environment, creativity and bold ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, coaching and people management.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Financial management and resourcing acumen.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
