Omnicom Precision Marketing is seeking an Associate Art Director with a sharp design eye and the ambition to make award-winning work. You'll partner with copywriters to turn briefs into ideas and translate them into finished, on-brand creative across email, CRM, direct mail, digital, social, and OLV.

The role requires 1–3 years of design or art direction experience, a strong portfolio, fluency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

You'll partner with copywriters to turn briefs into ideas, and turn those ideas into finished, on-brand creative across digital, print, direct mail, CRM, social, and OLV. This is a role for someone who has the fundamentals down and wants to grow. You'll own your work, take direction well, and learn how work gets sold by watching senior creatives present it. What you'll do:
  • Design and art-direct across channels: email and CRM, direct mail, digital display, social, print, OLV, and occasionally broadcast
  • Apply strong fundamentals in composition, typography, and color, including when refining and finishing AI-assisted visuals to agency standards
  • Concept and develop ideas with copywriters, from first brainstorm through final execution
  • Collaborate with account, strategy, social, and UX teams to bring ideas to life
  • Support new business pitches
  • Take feedback constructively and turn it around quickly
  • Shadow senior creatives in client presentations and internal reviews
  • Manage your own workload and deadlines with tight quality control on everything you send out
What we're looking for:
  • 1–3 years of design or art direction experience, or a standout portfolio if you're just out of school
  • A portfolio that shows strong ideas and strong craft (personal projects and school work welcome)
  • Fluency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • A point of view on typography, photography, and color
  • Interest in both online and offline media, and in learning the specifics of CRM and direct
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Bonus points for hands‑on experience with generative AI tools as part of a design workflow.

The salary range for this position is $66,300. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications. $66,300

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
