Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within an agency or internal brand team.
• Proven track record creating breakthrough social media content.
• Deep understanding of native social platforms and short-form video.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy.
• Ability to oversee both visual and narrative components of large campaigns.
• Experience crafting data-driven creative strategies grounded in KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and defend creative directions.
• Translate business needs into actionable tasks for the creative team.
• Navigate budgets and timelines to keep teams effective under pressure.
• Oversee shift from concept to final craft across multiple workstreams.
