Key Responsibilities

The selected Associate Counsel will be responsible for managing a diverse litigation caseload. Primary duties include:

• Legal Research & Writing: Researching complex laws and preparing legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda.
• Advisory Services: Rendering professional opinions on liability, damages, and claim value as requested by the Claims Department.
• Litigation Management: Preparing and handling pleadings, motions, and discovery. This includes conducting depositions, examinations before trial, and examinations under oath.

Eligibility & Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following strict criteria:
