Job summary

GEICO is seeking an Associate Counsel to join its Staff Counsel team in Fairfax, VA. The successful candidate will defend lawsuits filed in Virginia courts and handle first-party insurance defense, working remotely from Fairfax.

The role requires a JD, Virginia Bar admission, and 2–6+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense or personal injury. You will conduct research, draft briefs, manage discovery, depositions and trials, and provide liability and damages analysis.
