Job summary

This Hawaii-based real estate development firm seeks an Associate Counsel to join a small in-house legal team and report to the Chief Legal Officer. The role is hybrid with three days in the office in Honolulu.

We are seeking an attorney with 4–8 years of law firm experience ready to transition into broader corporate and transactional in-house work, handling real estate matters, drafting contracts, negotiating leases, and managing entitlements and development matters.

This Associate Counsel will join a small in-house legal team at a leading Hawaii-based real estate development firm that manages a large portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Hawaii and the broader US. This role will report directly into the Chief Legal Officer.

Please note this is a hybrid role with three days a week in the office.
