Murphy Oil Corporation is seeking an Associate Cost Analyst for Onshore Operations to support the OPEX outlook process and collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and MIS. The role emphasizes accuracy, data consolidation, and timely outlooks to drive financial planning and performance management.

The Associate Cost Analyst will support the Onshore Operations teams and will be accountable for facilitating the monthly operating expense (OPEX) outlook process. The position will leverage established tools, systems, and processes to coordinate, consolidate, and maintain the monthly OPEX outlook, providing transparency into expected operational spending and supporting effective financial planning and performance management. The role will work closely with Operations, Accounting, and Management Information Systems to ensure timely and accurate outlooks that support company performance and financial goals.
The individual is required to follow all applicable safety precautions. Work is performed almost entirely in a controlled (i.e., inside) environment and does not typically subject the incumbent to any hazardous/extreme elements; some positions may require regularly moving or transporting items weighing up to 25 lbs. around the office for various needs. The successful candidate must be able to complete all essential physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
