We are seeking an Associate Counsel to be responsible, under the guidance of a Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel, for providing general legal services and handling specific projects for the Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH) ministries.
The Associate Counsel provides legal advice, consultation, policy analysis, and interpretations across various legal areas. Responsibilities include conducting research, preparing written opinions, drafting and reviewing contracts (especially physician and vendor agreements), and keeping informed of relevant legal developments. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
