Join Our Team as Associate Corporate Counsel (Remote)

Providence Health & Services is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to provide legal services and support for our ministries. This role reports to Senior and Corporate Counsel and involves advising on legal matters, policy analysis, contract review, and research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice, consultation, and policy interpretation across various legal areas.
• Draft and review contracts, especially physician and vendor agreements.
• Stay informed on hospital and physician legal requirements and developments.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to meet client needs in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare-related legal work.
• Within 1 year of hire, admission to one of the following State Bars: WA, OR, CA, AK, TX, NM, MT.

Location & Compensation:

Candidates residing in Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon, Texas, or New Mexico are encouraged to apply. Salary varies by location, with ranges specified for each state.
