Azul seeks a Corporate Counsel to manage a broad spectrum of legal matters, including commercial transactions, AI governance, and emerging technology regulation. The role involves drafting and negotiating complex software licenses, SaaS agreements, and vendor contracts while advising on intellectual property, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and export controls.

The successful candidate will partner closely with engineering, sales, and product teams to accelerate deal velocity and manage risk.

Qualificações

• J.D. degree and active California license.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial or in-house legal roles.
• Experience drafting and negotiating software licenses, SaaS agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Familiarity with open-source licensing models and AI/ML concepts is desirable.
