You will workona collaborative,growing team in a fast-paced environment to assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options in addition to general account servicing inquiries. The relationships that you create and uphold will have a direct impact as you aid our clients to “OwnTheirTomorrow.”

What you have

Required Qualifications:

• Current and active series 7/63 licenses OR ability to obtain within 6 monthsof start dateas a condition of employment.
• Read and write at professional level in English as well as Mandarin.
• Flexible and able to work onchats/secure messagesas business needs change.
• Ability to engage clients in a proactive and consultative manner to build rapport.
• Willingness and desire to learn in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Experience with high focus on risk awareness and mitigation.
• Effective research and problem-solving skills to helpfulfillclient requests as well as fellow supporting team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of outstanding customer service experience.
