Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation in Austin, Texas, is seeking an International Services ECG Associate to handle inbound chats and secure messages for international and domestic clients, assisting with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options, plus general account servicing inquiries.

You will work in a fast-paced team, applying risk awareness and consultative communication to build rapport and resolve client requests.

Qualifications

• Current and active Series 7/63 licenses or ability to obtain within 6 months of start date as a condition of employment.
• Read and write English at a professional level as well as Chinese.
• Flexible and able to work on chats/secure messages as business needs change.

What you have

Required Qualifications:
