Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Controls preferred)
• 2–5+ years of hands-on Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7 experience
• Proficiency with CFC and SFC engineering in PCS 7
• Experience with AS 410/S7-400H high-availability controllers
• Working knowledge of PROFIBUS PA/DP and PROFINET
• Experience with PCS 7 OS/WinCC operator systems
• Strong understanding of process instrumentation and control loops
• Solid troubleshooting under live-process conditions
• Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word proficiency

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and startup PSC 7 based control software/hardware
• Follow guidance from lead engineer and ensure quality and safety
• Provide status updates to project manager on deliverables and risks
• Engage with customers and evaluate requests vs project scope
• Support proposals, estimates, and cross-functional collaboration
