Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate for the Card & Connected Commerce Controllers team to own end-to-end accounting for revenue and receivables and turn card-linked offer performance data into decision-ready financial outcomes.

You will apply revenue recognition standards, generate invoices, manage intercompany transfers, and oversee receivables while investigating variances and elevating reporting through rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related finance, accounting, or reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong MS Office skills, including advanced Excel, plus Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, regulatory reporting, and internal control concepts.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• ERP experience (Oracle, SAP) and strong general ledger familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with P&L reporting and month-end close processes; Revenue Recognition, Invoicing, Receivables Management.
• Prepare balance sheet substantiation and support reconciliations (e.g., accruals, deferred revenue, intercompany).
• Deliver detailed analytical reporting to business managers and senior finance leadership.
• Supporting card products, Card & Connected Commerce, or comparable consumer finance businesses.
• Effective stakeholder management—provide clear status updates and responds promptly.
