The Associate Controller of Property Management serves as the senior finance leader supporting PPL's Property Management division while overseeing accounting activities for development projects and the organization’s tenant rent collection functions. This key leadership role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting, while providing strategic financial insights that support operational decision-making and long-term growth.
The Associate Controller is responsible for managing the division’s accounting and finance team, overseeing financial reporting and analysis, driving budgeting and forecasting efforts, and ensuring strong internal controls and compliance practices. As a trusted business partner, this individual collaborates closely with Property Management leadership to provide financial guidance, optimize performance, and support organizational objectives.
Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, the Associate Controller plays a critical role in connecting financial strategy with day-to-day property management operations.
Salary/Hours: Full Time/Exempt: $100,000 - $115,000 annually DOQ
