The ideal candidate will help advisors navigate LPL Research content, understand current market perspectives, locate relevant resources, and connect with appropriate subject matter expertise when needed.This position offers the opportunity to build deep knowledge of the wealth management industry, gain exposure to investment research strategy and advisor engagement, and contribute directly to the advisor experience through high-quality, research-informed support.Responsibilities:Serve as a primary point of contact for advisor inquiries related to LPL Research, including market commentary, portfolio strategy, asset allocation perspectives, model portfolio information, investment resources, and research publications.Respond to inbound calls, emails, and internal requests with clear, accurate, and professional guidance.Help advisors locate and interpret relevant LPL Research materials, including market updates, thought leadership, model portfolio resources, investment committee perspectives, and advisor-facing tools.Partner with Research strategists, analysts, portfolio teams, and internal business partners to resolve complex advisor questions and escalate inquiries appropriately.Maintain a strong working knowledge of LPL Research views, publications, processes, platforms, and available advisor resources.Support advisor education by explaining research content in a practical, easy-to-understand way that helps advisors apply insights within their client conversations.Identify recurring advisor questions, knowledge gaps, or workflow friction points and share insights that may improve resources, processes, training, or content strategy.Contribute to team knowledge management by documenting common inquiries, maintaining internal reference materials, and sharing learnings across the Ask LPL Research team.Collaborate with service, sales, product, platform, and investment teams to deliver a seamless advisor experience.Operate with strong judgment, attention to detail, and awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations when supporting advisor inquiries.Support special projects, process improvements, reporting, and initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Ask LPL Research function.What are we looking for?We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
