BGBx Consulting | Hayden is seeking a data-driven, analytical professional to join our life sciences team in a hybrid US-based role. You will conduct analytics, synthesize insights, and develop client-ready presentations that inform strategy and market access decisions.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, rigorous QC, and delivering on multiple streams while growing industry knowledge and technical skills in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.

KeyResponsibilities

Research & Analytics

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses usingSQL, Excel, and secondary research to support client engagements.
• Support primary market research, including discussion guide development, data collection, and synthesis of findings.
• LeverageBGBxConsulting |Hayden tools, methodologies, and templates to produceaccurate, high-quality analyses.

Interpretation & Strategy

• Synthesize research and analytical outputs into clear insights aligned with project hypotheses and clientobjectives.
• Identifytrends, implications, and business opportunities through structured analysis.
• Build knowledge of thelife sciences, biopharma, and market accesslandscapeto strengthen analyses and recommendations.

Content Development

• Develop clear, polished, and quality-checked client presentations and other external deliverables.
• Create supporting internal materials, including workbooks, slide outlines, trackers, and other project documentation.
• Incorporate feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of work products.

Driving Results

• Deliver assigned workstreams on time while balancing priorities across multiple projects.
• Perform thorough quality control of analyses and deliverables prior to submission.
• Communicate progress proactively and escalation risks or challenges asappropriate.

Communication & Delivery

• Present findings and analytical conclusions clearly in internal meetings.
• Communicate effectively with project teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates/employees must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Salary Range: Your expected annual compensation for this level for base and bonus is between $88,000 to $92,000. In addition to your base salary and annual bonus, we offer employer 401k match, and a clearly defined career path based on individual performance. BGBxConsulting | Haydenconsiders many factors in our compensation decisions which include but are not limited to the following: individual skills set/job performance, organization and industry demand, individual experience level and training, and geographic location.
