BGBx Consulting | Hayden is a team of people who like making sense of messy, complicated data. We focus on the life sciences industry, solving problems that support biopharma manufacturers to unlock markets and help patients achieve access to medicines. We are a high-impact, collaborative strategy consulting firm specializing in the life sciences sector. We are dedicated to providing strategic guidance to our clients across the biopharmaceutical industry. Our team of leaders is connected by a common thread, to redefine how the life sciences industry thinks about access. Placing access at the forefront of decision-making is critical to ease the process for patients and their providers to obtain clinically necessary therapies. We’re excited to lead the way, driving Access Forward.

Associate Consultants (ACs) are problem solvers and strong critical thinkers. Our project work focuses on pricing, reimbursement, patient support services, and other strategic issues that shape patient access to innovative therapies. You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of therapeutic areas, with growing expertise and project opportunities in oncology and rare disease.

ACs are responsible for investigating data, conducting research, and translating analyses into insights that address our clients’ questions. In your first year, you will be focused on executing project workstreams, collaborating with team members to shape the story behind our recommendations, and learning BGBx Consulting | Hayden’s core values. Successful ACs identify challenges and brainstorm new solutions, manage their time & priorities effectively, and develop content that supports client deliverables and meetings.

Beyond project work, ACs will also be expected to contribute to our culture and assist with recruiting efforts. We also encourage our ACs to participate and contribute their ideas through our internal committees (DEI&A, Social, Service and Women's Leadership Alliance). While we focus on the life sciences industry, you will learn business & strategy foundations that can be applied broadly throughout your career.
