This Compliance Position Works Closely With The Compliance Director And/or Compliance Manager, And Compliance Team, With Facilitating a Moderate Scope Of The Seven Elements Of The PHP/PHA Compliance Program Which Includes

• Written Policies and Procedures & Standards of Conduct 2) Compliance Officer, Compliance Committee, and High Level Oversight 3) Effective Training and Education

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in health insurance, compliance and/or legal experience, or work in another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with identifying relational impact for identified risk and works under supervisor to resolve.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Or 1-3 years' experience in health insurance, compliance and/or legal experience.
• Auditing or monitoring experience.
