Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned compensation professional to support enterprise-wide compensation programs and provide consultative compensation support across departments. The role will manage high-visibility projects, lead complex analyses, and drive modernization initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in compensation, with experience presenting to senior/executive management, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to work in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years of experience as a compensation professional.
• Proven experience operating with Senior/Executive management teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
• Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills in highly complex situations.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong ability to work in a matrix environment.
