PMP is seeking an Associate Community Manager to support Park Townsend HOA (3 days on-site) and the San Francisco Division (2 days) with administrative duties. The role emphasizes customer service to homeowners and boards, and effective coordination with vendors.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in admin roles, strong writing skills, and proficiency with MS Office; a 4-year degree is preferred but not required. Hybrid schedule applies.

Qualifications

  • 4 Year College Degree preferred but not required
  • 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with budgets and financial statements is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide extraordinary customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors
  • Directly assist the Community Manager with community related tasks
  • Board packet assembly, including copying, binding, labeling envelopes and mailing when applicable
  • Updating association portals, including documents, board member names/positions, community calendar, minutes, and emails
  • Coordinate with third party vendors
  • Create monthly newsletters
  • Assist with architectural application process
  • Create work orders for vendors and update system notes
  • Additional duties as assigned

Position Description: The Associate Community Manager will assist Park Townsend HOA (3-days on-site) and the San Francisco Division (2-days) supporting the Association and Community Managers with various administrative responsibilities and duties.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide extraordinary customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.
  • Directly assist the Community Manager with community related tasks.
  • Board packet assembly, including copying, binding, labeling envelopes and mailing when applicable.
  • Updating association portals, including but not limited to current documents, board member names and positions, community calendar, posting minutes, and sending email blasts.
  • Communicate and coordinate with third party vendors.
  • Create monthly newsletters.
  • Assist with architectural application process.
  • Create work orders for the appropriate vendor, follow up on status of work orders, and update system notes as necessary.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 4 Year College Degree preferred but not required
  • 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role
  • Extraordinary customer service skills
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statements
  • Strong organizational skills
  • An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent computer abilities to navigate our care systems, as well as the Microsoft office
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic data-entry and typing skills
  • Basic mathematical abilities
  • Stable employment record
  • Regular, predictable attendance
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a respectful and positive manner
Requirements

Position is hybrid: On-site 3 days, 2 days in SF division office
