Position Description: The Associate Community Manager will assist Community Managers with various administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.
  • Assist the Community Manager with community-related tasks.
  • Prepare board packets, including copying, binding, labeling, and mailing.
  • Update association portals with current documents, board member info, community calendar, minutes, and email blasts.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors.
  • Create monthly newsletters.
  • Assist with architectural application processes.
  • Create and follow up on work orders, updating system notes as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to review budgets and financial statements.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Honest, responsible, optimistic, and personable demeanor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and care systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Basic data entry, typing, and mathematical skills.
  • Stable employment record and reliable attendance.
  • Effective communication in a respectful and positive manner.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in HOA or Hospitality preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office.
