• Supervising paralegals and staff is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage 250–400 active collection cases across multiple jurisdictions.
• Handle abatement court actions for covenant enforcement.
• Attend on-site client association meetings to oversee elections and board meetings.
• Provide client counseling and litigation support within community associations law.
