Qualifications

• Professional design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Robust portfolio showcasing presentation design and visual storytelling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools used to refine communications materials.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and executive-facing communications.
• Ability to translate complex inputs into a clear narrative and story.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-quality executive presentations and strategic visual storytelling.
• Own presentation design strategy from concept through final delivery.
• Partner with account and client teams to translate business priorities into communications.
• Develop communications that support brand, sales and retail priorities.
• Create communications across formats: decks, dealer presentations, video and broadcasts.
• Support video content from concept to edit, ensuring alignment with the story.
• Assist leadership broadcasts and dealer communications with show flow and assets.
• Serve as a hands-on creative partner across narrative shaping and final materials.
• Collaborate with content team to produce polished, persuasive content.
• Present concepts and design rationale confidently to stakeholders.
• Prioritize multiple projects and maintain creative quality under deadlines.
• Maintain visual and narrative consistency across communications ecosystem.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve output and efficiency.
