Job summary

Front Range Church is seeking a seasoned Communications Leader to guide the ministry, maintain the brand, and drive city-wide messaging. You will craft strategies for church-wide initiatives, create assets for services and events, and manage digital channels with a focus on impact.

You will collaborate with pastors, lead media production, and grow volunteer teams while optimizing outreach and donor communications in a fast-paced church setting.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in branding, marketing strategy, social media management, and digital communications.
• Proficient understanding of website management platforms, email marketing systems, and social media tools.
• Strong visual design instincts and ability to create engaging materials.
• 2+ years of experience in a communications and design-related position.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow the Communications ministry of Front Range Church.
• Maintain brand consistency across all ministries and channels.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for initiatives and campaigns.
• Create graphic design assets for services, events, print, signage, and digital media.
• Develop and oversee social media strategy and campaigns.
• Lead marketing for major church initiatives (Easter, Christmas, events).
• Manage all church communication platforms (website, app, email, ads).
• Write and oversee church-wide communications and donor messaging.
• Collaborate with pastors and leaders on strategic plans.
• Lead media content creation (photography, videography, storytelling).
• Recruit and train volunteer creative teams.
• Analyze communication effectiveness and manage budget and vendors.
