Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Banking associates to learn portfolio management, credit analysis and loan negotiation.
• Develop business development skills through structured calling and outside loan production.
• Participate in community organizations to source business development opportunities.
• Manage portfolios and support risk management while serving clients.
