Dr. Reddy's is seeking an Associate Commercial Operations in the Finance team for a 4-month temporary assignment in New Jersey.

The role focuses on Medicaid rebate processing, Sunshine/Aggregate Spend reporting, and travel and expense administration, partnering with internal teams and external agencies. Responsibilities include managing quarterly Medicaid invoices, reporting, and supplier communications, while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in all processes.

Qualifications

• Medicaid rebate experience and SAP proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process Medicaid Rebate Invoices for 3 Labeler codes.
• Manage Medicaid Rebate Invoice Processing including quarterly invoice processing through Vistex Medicaid.
• Run reports on Medicaid claims to ensure completeness and accuracy in invoice processing.
• Work with State Medicaid agencies to clear balances and disputes.
• Maintain quarterly trackers to ensure all invoices are processed timely.
• Ensure all back up documents (ROSI/PQAS) and payment details are submitted to the states along with payments.
• 340B Duplicate discount disputes.
• Collect data on Sunshine Act spend and Aggregate Spend from internal and external sources.
• Prepare required reports for healthcare professional spend to Federal/State Governments.
• T&E and Corporate Card Administrator.
• Train new hires on SAPConcur Travel/Expense System.
• Review expense report exceptions through Concur Verify daily.
• Update employee masters in SAPConcur.
• Coordinate travel program and allocate unused airline credits.

We are looking for an Associate Commercial Operations in our Finance team to manage key finance and compliance operations, including Medicaid rebate processing, Sunshine/Aggregate Spend reporting, and travel & expense administration. This role ensures accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution of processes while partnering with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors. This is a temporary role requirement for duration of 4months

Responsibilities:

• Processing Medicaid Rebate Invoices – 3 Labeler codes
• Manage Medicaid Rebate Invoice Processing including quarterly invoice processing through Vistex Medicaid,
• Running reports on Medicaid claims to ensure completeness and accuracy in invoice processing
• Working with State Medicaid agencies to clear balances and disputes
• Maintaining quarterly trackers to ensure all invoices are processed timely.
• Ensuring all back up documents (ROSI/PQAS) and payment details are submitted to the states along with payments.

• Sunshine & Aggregate Spend Reporting:
• Collect Data on Healthcare Professional Spend, Research Related Expenses, and Prescription Sample Distribution from internal and external sources.
• Preparing any required reports for Healthcare Professional Spend to Federal/State Governments with respect to Federal Sunshine Act and State laws.
• T&E and Corporate Card Administrator
• Train new hires on SAPConcur Travel/Expense System
• Reviewing expense report exception through Concur Verify on a daily basis.
• Updating employee masters in SAPConcur;
• Working with company travel agents on the travel program including tracking and allocating unused airline tickets/credits before they expire

Medicaid rebate experience and SAP proficiency will be highly preferred

You will need to have valid work authorization to work in the location being hired and willing to work 4days in person from office
