Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Cloud Engineer I to help design, troubleshoot, and deliver scalable platform solutions that support business markets worldwide. You will partner with IT and business teams to implement enhancements, ensure reliability, and maintain documentation throughout the solution lifecycle.

Responsibilities include resolving incidents, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and adhering to cybersecurity and data protection requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tooling.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with teamwork and project management.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot technical issues and incidents to maintain stable platforms.
Design and deliver platform enhancements and integrations with IT teams.
Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and overall functionality.
Track milestones and coordinate across teams for timely delivery of solutions.
Maintain required technical documentation and support testing, deployment, and other lifecycle activities.
Assess risks and ensure cybersecurity and data protection requirements are met.
Mentor others and adhere to corporate standards and policies.
