Associate Clinical Training Manager (RN)
The Associate Clinical Training Manager supports the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of training programs by driving disciplined execution, monitoring readiness, reinforcing standards, and ensuring risks and action items are visible and addressed timely.
Responsibilities include training coordination, execution ownership, learner and trainer follow-through, performance tracking, stakeholder updates, recommended actions, and appropriate escalation when issues require additional direction or decision support.

The Associate Clinical Training Manager supports training delivery by ensuring adherence to defined standards, monitoring learner and trainer progress, preparing training performance data, recommending interventions, and executing approved actions. This includes coaching follow-through, learner engagement, documentation quality, and adoption of knowledge management and learning tools.
The Associate Clinical Training Manager contributes to business impact by maintaining strong training execution, readiness monitoring, trainer follow-through, risk identification, and completion of actions that improve learner preparedness and early production transition.
The Associate Clinical Training Manager applies nursing knowledge to support accurate training execution, clarify learner questions within scope, reinforce approved clinical workflows, and help ensure documentation and role-specific expectations are applied correctly during training and OJT.
This includes supporting trainers and learners with correct application of clinical processes, escalating complex clinical questions to the appropriate training leader or subject matter expert, and reinforcing nurse-led standards for accuracy, readiness, documentation quality, and performance consistency.
