Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Must possess ONE of the following licenses in the state where services are provided: WV Temporary Social Worker License OR Licensed Graduate Social Worker OR Licensed Professional Counselor Temporary Permit or Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Licensure options for WV, OH, MD, and PA as applicable to the applicant.
• Experience in psychosocial assessment and treatment planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments of patients and families to identify emotional, social, and environmental strengths and problems.
• Assist in creating a comprehensive psychosocial treatment plan with various therapies including crisis intervention and group therapies.
• Screen, diagnose, and treat mental health and/or substance use disorders in patients and families.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with community resources.
