Pay: $24-28 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Write treatment plans, progress reports, and goal updates and analyze client performance data to assist with treatment decision-making.
2. Assist with assessments for clients.
3. Introduce therapy programs.
4. Select targets to address skill deficits, and target specific behaviors for increase or reduction based on a BCBA’s guidance.
5. Experience supervising and training therapists, providing parent training, and directing therapy services under the guidance of a BCBA.
6. Experience managing a clinical caseload and creating and monitoring the outcomes of behavioral programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
7. Be passionate about and dedicated to changing the lives of patients and families by helping them reach their full potential.

Qualifications:

1. Completed a Master's Program and be working towards BCBA hours.
2. Be no more than 2 years post Master's Graduation, per QBHP requirements.
3. Completed coursework and 2 years of therapist experience working with individuals with Autism.
