Children's Hospital Colorado in Colorado Springs is seeking an Associate Clinical Manager to oversee the RT Shared Services department. You will implement unit policies, lead care teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while managing staffing and multidisciplinary collaboration.
The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, professional development, and execution of quality initiatives, with relocation assistance available and a focus on patient-family outcomes.
The Associate Clinical Manager is responsible for managing a unit/department by implementing and maintaining specific policies, procedures, and guidelines; leading team members in providing direct patient care by demonstrating expert clinical knowledge; ensuring compliance with quality and safety initiatives and practices; and partnering with a multidisciplinary team in meeting the clinical needs of patients and families. The Associate Clinical Manager also provides leadership and management to unit/department team members. Finally, the Associate Clinical Manager in periods when volumes are high and mandates, will serve as the charge therapist by preparing schedules and assigning team members to patients, overseeing the general flow of patient care and serving as a liaison to the resource therapists.

Job Status: Full-time, benefit eligible (80 hours per pay period)
Shift: Days (Weekend/Holidays as needed)
This position is eligible for relocation assistance if moving from 100 miles or greater.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Three (3) years’ experience in a Pediatric/Neonatal Critical Care setting.
Equivalency: Two (2) years’ experience in a pediatric/neonatal critical care setting with two (2) years respiratory care supervision.
Colorado Respiratory Therapist License
Active membership in the American Association of Respiratory Care.
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $90,900.58 to $136,350.88
