Optumis seeking Associate Clinical Care Coordinator to join our growing team. At Optum, we are transforming healthcare nationally while providing physician-led care locally. Work with the largest care delivery organization in the world and start doingyour life's best work.
Monday through Thursday, 7:45 AM- 5:00 PM or until last patient leaves. Friday 7:45 am to 1:00 pm or until last patient leaves. May be asked to float to other locations for coverage, as needed.
Responsible for callbacks and referrals
Handle referrals of patients who are inside and outside of the practice, check on the status of referrals and communicate with patients providing status of referrals.
Responsible to facilitate calls and voicemails from patients pertaining to concerns, questions, refills and appropriately documenting in patient chart via telephone encounters.
Call back and referral employees work under the direct supervision of their provider and will advise the provider as appropriate to take care of patient needs.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16 - $29 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
