Job Title: Associate Client Service Representative

Location: Salem, OR (Hybrid)

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

Overview

As a Records Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of CSC’s Company Records Database in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities

• Understand and complete requests from both internal and external customers in the Records Queue and update the Company Records database.
• Research entities or groups of entities at the Secretary of State and validate or update the database accordingly.
• Review, understand and correct error log reports to identify processing errors and systemic gaps.
• Work collaboratively with the team.
