Overview

We are looking for an Associate Client Service Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day, account management of Gallagher’s relationships with assigned clients as their primary role. You will support the senior servicing staff/service teams to identify and meet client needs and thereby retain and grow a profitable book of business. Through service, pricing, consultation, and reporting, you will promote the value Gallagher delivers to clients.


How you'll make an impact

  • Assist Senior Client Service Manager or Client Service Executive with day-to-day coverage tasks and projects.
  • Maintain positive and effective relationships with clients and independently handles moderately and complex tasks.
  • Assists in assembling and creating submissions as needed. Facilitates the timely and accurate exchange of information between the client and account team members.
  • Manages client open items lists and responds to ad-hoc client requests. Collects and analyzes data.
  • Actively supports and monitors the renewal process, including drafting quote comparisons and following up on binders, policies, and endorsements.
  • Acts as the main point of contact when necessary, coordinating with the client service team to ensure efficient performance and high-quality deliverables.
  • Handles routine and complex coverage inquiries and endorsement requests. Serves as the primary liaison for clients regarding certificates, auto IDs, location additions.
  • Monitors and follows up on invoice generation and resolves any issues that arise.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

  • Strong technical property and casualty knowledge
  • Background in account management, servicing, placement and negotiation of property and casualty coverages
  • Ability to solve problems and think independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail while working under pressure
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control workflow, with close attention to deadlines
  • Be energetic/have a sense of urgency

About You

Required

  • Current Property and Casualty License.
  • High School degree/GED with 1+ year client service and/or claims management experience-OR-Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years client service management experience.
  • Commercial (property/casualty) insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.
