As a leading wealth manager, BNY Wealth Management focuses on helping successful individuals and families build, manage, and sustain their wealth across generations and market cycles. Our services include five Active Wealth practices — Investing, Borrowing, Spending, Managing Taxes, Protecting Legacies — to help clients achieve stronger after-tax performance and maintain wealth over generations.

We’re seeking a future team member for our Associate, Client Service I role, which is remote-based at home.

Impact in this role includes:
  • Supporting transactions and processes related to Wealth Management electronic banking and bankcard products, such as resetting passwords, providing deposit information, maintaining bankcards, handling fraud, assisting with navigation and website usage, and redirecting correspondence.
  • Responding to and following up on emails from internal partners, providing information about electronic banking products, and reaching out to clients based on requests.
  • Understanding and applying government, firm-wide, Wealth Management, and team-level fraud policies.
  • Providing exceptional service to Wealth Management clients, assisting with website access, account understanding, and general support.
Qualifications for success:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Customer service and/or financial services experience preferred.
