Job summary

Landing Point is seeking a Client Service Associate in New York to support client investment strategies and portfolio operations. You will assist Client Operations Managers and Investment Teams, prepare client communications, and monitor client cash and securities in collaboration with external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes accurate data, timely reconciliations, and strong Excel and Power BI skills, with experience in Addepar/DealCloud considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial data.
• Familiarity with Addepar and DealCloud is a plus; Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Operations Managers and Investment Teams responsible for managing client relationships.
• Provide support for senior members of the Client Service Team that engage directly with clients.
• Draft client correspondence for review and send out (e.g., client requests, capital calls, statements).
• Monitor client cash and securities accounts by managing relationships with external stakeholders.
• Ensure client reconciliations are performed on a timely basis and elevate any issues to the Client Manager.
• Ensure client actions, transactions, and requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Review client performance reporting and ensure all data is accurate.
• Maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and update documentation records.
• Ensure complete and accurate records on all client activity and client data in the internal CRM.
• Prioritize and complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.

Compensation:
