What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead renewal efforts for existing accounts and drive upsell sales motions
- Assess customer needs, address concerns, and present new products and/or services
- Manage and support assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Communicate retention activities with relevant internal groups
- Maintain knowledge of company products and internal business systems for efficient account management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer service environment
- Knowledge of the Accounting & Audit industry is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- University/college degree may be preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
