We are hiring an Associate Client Development Manager in the Consumer Packaged Goods segment. The role is based in the U.S. and requires up to 25% travel.
What will you do?
Market‑facing sales of sustainability services to CPG executives. You will uncover opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive the sales cycle while ensuring customers meet emission‑reduction goals through Schneider Electric’s solutions.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales to prospect, qualify, and close new business.
- Convert leads into profitable relationships.
- Create customized solutions with Schneider’s portfolio.
- Build long‑term relationships and sell new solutions to existing clients.
- Lead proposal development with technical and operational partners.
- Meet performance goals set by leadership.
- Negotiate and close enterprise‑level contracts in Climate Change, Supply Chain, and related sustainability services.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations on market strategy.
- Communicate with decision makers to identify needs and opportunities.
- Move prospects through the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate prospect data in Salesforce.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum). This is not an early‑career role.
- Proven experience selling professional services to U.S. executives.
- Preferred experience in one of the following industry services:
- Energy and sustainability consulting
- Cleantech / renewable energy advisory
- Business services industry (outsourcing)
- Environmental services
- Extensive experience in executive‑level enterprise sales with proven success in the energy and sustainability services market.
- Proven success navigating complex 6–12 month sales cycles.
- Working understanding of Scope 1, 2, 3 emissions and sustainability science.
- Self‑starter with strong research and lead‑generation skills.
- Experience with Fortune 1000 companies.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and scopes of work.
- Strong closing ability – experience closing multiple five‑ and six‑figure agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; no immigration sponsorship.
