Job summary

Great West Casualty Company in Bloomington, IN or Knoxville, TN is seeking a Claims Specialist for Physical Damage. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with responsibilities to investigate, negotiate, and resolve physical damage claims while delivering excellent service to insureds.

You will review coverage, coordinate towing and repairs, gather estimates, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

• Ability to analyze facts, evaluate damages, and make sound claim decisions.
• Ability to participate in an evening and weekend on-call rotation.

Position Summary

As a Claims Specialist, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve physical damage claims while delivering outstanding service to our insureds. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to ensure fair claim resolution, compliance with industry standards, and a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do
