Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates and adjusts surety bond claims.
• Reviews coverage/liability and secures information.
• Manages litigation with outside counsel and cost controls.
• Maintains timely loss reserves and prepares financial evaluations.
• Ensures timely and accurate claims payments and regulatory compliance.
