My first job out of school, I worked 75 hours a week in a high-volume office. We moved people through. We never really helped them understand their own bodies, never gave them the tools to prevent what kept showing up, never worked to see them less. I was burning out my own health to do it. That experience is the reason Lifespring exists, and it’s the reason this job looks the way it does.
Here’s what we believe. We believe the body is more like a plant than a car. It’s not a machine that keeps breaking down and needs patching up with quick fixes. It’s a living system, and when you give it the right conditions, it heals. We believe the part that hurts is rarely where the problem lives.
We believe people are their own best healer, and our job is to find what’s in the way and help the body do what it already knows how to do. And we believe that sacrificing your own health to take care of other people’s isn’t a badge of honor, it’s a bad trade. Work-life balance isn’t a perk here. It’s part of the philosophy.
We restore function by addressing the nervous system. Join a team on a mission to change the way the world views health.
You’ll learn the TriChord Method™ directly, taught by the doctor who developed it. It’s our nervous-system-focused approach, built on the Torque Release Technique, blending tonal work, ligament stability, and extremity care in a specific order.
You’ll also learn to read our INSiGHT nervous system scans, which give you objective data instead of guesswork. If you’re newer or you’ve never practiced this way, that’s fine. The willingness to learn matters more than the resume.
You’re not slammed with sixty rushed visits. You spend real time with patients. You read their nervous system using objective scans, you adjust using the TriChord Method, and you guide them toward lasting change through the foundations that actually move the needle: sleep, stress, movement, and toxins reducing the load on their system. You get mentorship, not micromanagement. Weekends are yours. Always.
We don’t chase symptoms and we don’t do quick fixes. No dry needling, no soft tissue work, no rehab protocols, no shockwave. We’re not against those tools existing. They’re just not what we do. We restore function by working with the nervous system, and our whole model is built around that one focus. If that clarity excites you, you’re going to love it here.
Live and work in Austin, one of the best cities in the country, minutes from Barton Springs and Zilker. Be part of a real mission to change how the world views health. Get genuine work-life balance, weekends off and four weeks paid time off, and when you’re off, you’re off.
Learn directly from clinicians and leaders invested in you growing, clinically and personally. Master a method that draws patients from across the country. And work inside a team that values growth and authenticity, with no egos and no internal competition.
The right person believes the nervous system is the foundation of health, loves to learn and unlearn, feels more purpose than pressure when they adjust, and wants to grow inside a team rather than grind alone. A year or more of clinical experience is great, and new grads are absolutely welcome. If you’re warm with patients, humble enough to be coached, and genuinely bought into something bigger than a paycheck, you’ll fit.
You prefer a structural or rehab-based approach over a nervous-system one. You want to build your days around modalities like dry needling, shockwave, or soft tissue therapy. Or you’re looking for a job instead of a mission. None of that makes you a bad chiropractor. It just isn’t what we’re building here, and we’d both rather know that now.
If this sounds like the place you’ve been looking for, I’d love to meet you.
