• 1+ years of laboratory experience in chemical or related fields.
• Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Competence in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and complex chemical experiments following established protocols and safety standards.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and maintain detailed laboratory records.
• Prepare and test chemical formulations, raw materials, and finished products.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with proper calibration and QC.
• Collaborate with senior chemists, engineers, and other team members to meet project goals.
• Assist in developing new methods and protocols for chemical processes.

Associate Chemist

The primary purpose of this position is to support product development and process optimization for Hydrite and its customers. This position involves conducting experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to drive innovation in chemical manufacturing and product application. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in chemistry, hands-on laboratory experience, and a passion for scientific discovery.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Conduct routine and complex chemical experiments following established protocols and
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and maintain detailed laboratory
• Prepare and test chemical formulations, raw materials, and finished
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and quality control standards are met.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Required to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically in the pilot lab.
• Required to climb stairs or ladders several times a day.
• Able to do repetitive motions like bend, twist, kneel, reach, balance and lift occasionally
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
• Due to safety concerns, the wearing of contact lenses is prohibited.
