Job summary

Covenant Living & CovenantCare at Home is seeking a Chaplain to provide pastoral leadership and coordinate campus ministerial activities. You will offer spiritual counseling, lead worship, and serve as a liaison with local clergy to support residents, families, and staff.

You will collaborate with administration and department directors, support faith-based programming, and participate in emergency/crisis responses while maintaining compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree from an accredited seminary or school of theology.
• Board Chaplain Certification preferred or eligible (2–4 CPE units).
• Experience of 1+ year in chaplaincy or spiritual care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct spiritual care to residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate worship, sacraments, and other faith-based services.
• Lead caregiver support and outreach as needed.
• Establish relations with local clergy and faith leaders.
• Engage in teaching of faith and spiritual life as appropriate.
